Bio

Coach Nick Carmosino enters his role with a strong pedigree as both a decorated athlete and a successful coach in track & field and cross country.

As a collegiate competitor, Carmosino was a five-time conference champion at St. Joseph’s College of Maine, earning titles in multiple events including the 4x800m relay and the 2024 GNAC steeplechase. He was also a two-time All-Conference honoree in cross country (2022, 2023). Carmosino was also named captain in 2024 . 

On the coaching side, Carmosino has already experienced championship success, helping lead Acton-Boxborough Regional High School to two conference titles. Carmosino worked closely with the mid distance runners and helped coaching in the hurdles, decathlon, and throws. He also played a key role in getting Acton Boxborough sprint relays to nationals.

Carmosino brings a passion for developing athletes, building team culture, and fostering a competitive yet supportive environment—values that have defined his journey on and off the track.

Carmosino was born in born in Pskov, Russia and works for the Boston Red Sox serving as Stadium and Ballpark Operations.
